PlastDesignStudio is an industrial design, plastic parts and mould engineering studio established in Csplast, a company which has been operating in the plastic materials moulds and moulding sector for over thirty years.
They are two business units which are tightly connected because one serves the other. We firmly believe that PlastDesignStudio’s creativity and innovation have even more value because they fit within the context of a great manufacturing tradition and experience in the plastics sector that is Csplast.

We work in close contact with Csplast’s mould construction department which means being able to count on the experience and engineering advice provided by expert technicians who have been making moulds for years, what’s more, we can count on the use of technologically avant garde machinery to make the moulds: high-speed CNC milling machines, the latest eroding tools, parallel lathes and radial arm drill presses.
Last but not least, the Csplast moulding department has machinery assets which include 16 injection presses (from 20 to 500 tons) 2 of which are automated parallel presses for co-moulding with two materials: this means we can quickly test the moulds we have designed and ensure you have the first samples of your products in a very short time.
Close collaboration with the Csplast moulding department means we can personally follow all the stages for perfecting production in order to obtain a product which really does meet all the technical and aesthetic requirements defined in the design phase.
